Role and Responsibilities
- Manage event logistics ensuring all travel, accommodation and venue details are correct
- Build strong relationships with suppliers
- Support junior team members, helping them to grow
- On the ground event delivery, working with teams and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in event management or operations ideally within educational or tourism
- The ability to lead a team and help junior members develop their skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a keen eye for detail
- Willing to travel
- Full driving license required
Key Benefits
