Our client is a highly regarded luxury tour operator specialising in premium all-inclusive holidays across the globe. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced and driven Head of B2B Travel & MICE Sales to strengthen their brand presence across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics, while leading and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy for Trade, OTAs and MICE across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics.
- Build strong commercial partnerships with travel agents, consortia, TMCs and corporate event clients.
- Drive e-distribution performance, including OTAs and API-led channels.
- Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing sales and events team.
- Oversee event production to ensure excellence in quality, budget management and timely delivery.
- Work closely with marketing and wider internal teams to enhance customer experience and brand visibility.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events and client meetings as required.
- Proven experience in a senior B2B or Trade Sales role within the travel industry.
- Strong leadership credentials with the ability to mentor and motivate a high-achieving team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Well-connected within the travel trade across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics.
- Confident using digital sales tools (e.g., PowerBI, Salesforce, Coupa).
- Solid understanding of OTA and API distribution models.
