This award-winning, independent tour operator who specialise in package holidays, river cruises and escorted tours are looking for a Product Manager to join their busy team. Hybrid working based in Kent.

Product Manager Role and Responsibilities:

  • Negotiation of Escorted Tours, Cruises and FIT/Beach contracts, securing competitive rates, special offers and terms in line with company expectations.
  • Maintain and react to competitor analysis across all relevant product categories to ensure strong market positioning.
  • Research and develop new markets and destinations to expand the product portfolio and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain excellent supplier relationships, representing the Mercury brand positively and professionally.
  • Undertake overseas visits to contract hotels, inspect destinations, and ensure product quality.

Product Manager Skills and Experience Required:

  • Travel Industry Contract Negotiation experience, ideally from a Product Manager role or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
