Senior Account Manager at C&M Recruitment
Tailormade Travel Consultant required for an independent travel company based in Southend-on-Sea. This is an exciting opportunity to specialise in selling high-end destinations and tailor-made holidays for affluent clients. Salary £28,000-£30,000 depending on experience, plus bonus. The ideal candidate will have experience in worldwide holiday destinations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s product portfolio.
- Provide excellent service to high-spending clients, ensuring effective communication from quotation to return of travel.
- Design personalised itineraries for clients.
- Maximise revenue by ensuring all aspects of the client’s trip are considered.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in selling tailormade or luxury holidays within the travel industry.
- Experience in travel sales, either retail or tour operator.
- Experience from an airline background with destination knowledge may also be considered.
- Service and sales-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and rapport-building abilities to encourage repeat business.
- High attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- Salary £28,000-£30,000 plus bonus.
- Working hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5.30pm, Sat 9am – 4pm (1 in 3 Saturdays), no Sundays or bank holidays.
- Holiday entitlement: 22 days, increasing to 25.
