Booking Agent (Reservations / Hospitality / Events) We are a bespoke accommodation service specializing in sourcing hotels, serviced apartments, and private housing to meet our clients’ needs. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Booking Agent to join our fast-paced team. Reporting directly to the Directors, this role offers opportunities for growth, internal training, and career development. Key Responsibilities: Research and source suitable accommodation options based on client requirements Communicate confidently with hotels and accommodation providers to gather rates, availability, and amenities Compile and present accurate accommodation proposals to clients Process bookings, manage documentation, and liaise with hotels to ensure smooth reservations Oversee group accommodation bookings, including rooming lists and rate negotiations Maintain and update the company’s master database with search results and booking details Act as a key contact for clients, managing expectations and resolving any in-house guest issues About You: Strong communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner Excellent spoken and written English with a keen eye for detail Ability to negotiate rates and manage bookings from start to finish Skilled in multitasking and handling multiple projects with accuracy Adaptable, proactive, and able to work under deadlines while supporting team members Proficient in Mac and PC systems, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Mac Mail Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential What We Offer: A dynamic and vibrant work environment Opportunities for career growth and internal training A supportive team culture with like-minded professionals Hours: Monday – Friday on a rotating schedule between 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
