Senior Recruitment Consultant at C&M Travel RecruitmentOur client, a well-established tour operator, is seeking a Sales Team Leader to oversee a team of sales experts as well as nurturing trade relationships and driving holiday sales. This is a full time role on a hybrid basis with a salary of £30,000 plus commission OTE approx £38,000.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the daily operations of the Sales Team
Coach and mentor team members to achieve targets and deliver outstanding service
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and suppliers
Analyse sales data to identify trends and inform strategy
Act as first point of escalation for customer service issues
Sell holidays across our beach and ski programmes via phone, email, and web chat
Collaborate with commercial and flight teams to optimise occupancy and flight loads
Ensure every client receives an exceptional, on‐brand experience
Support other departments as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience supervising a sales team
Strong background in sales and customer service (phone and face‐to‐face)
Excellent communication, organisation, and time‐management skills
Motivated, resilient, and solution‐focused
Proficient in Microsoft Office
