Required to help grow an already successful school sports tours company. You will be developing existing and new school business, using your current relationships as well as helping grow a team under your leadership. School sports tours experience is a must, ideally based in Birmingham and below, with a salary of up to £50,000, great commission, and the chance to earn equity in the business.

Duties of a Sales Director:

  • Selling UK, European and Worldwide school sports trips, including football, hockey, rugby, and ski.
  • You will not be restricted to area in the schools you approach, but ideally you will be located in the Midlands or South East; however, they are open to the right candidate.
  • Contacts within the school sports industry, as well as the knowledge and ability to bring in new business.
  • Experience in running a team, as they would like you to build up a strong sales team over time.

Skill set of the Sales Director:

  • A strong background in the schools travel market.
  • An excellent black book of contacts.
  • Ability to grow and develop a successful sales team.
  • Able to work autonomously with guidance from the owners.
