Required to help grow an already successful school sports tours company. You will be developing existing and new school business, using your current relationships as well as helping grow a team under your leadership. School sports tours experience is a must, ideally based in Birmingham and below, salary up to £45,000, great commission and the chance to earn equity in the business.

Duties of a Sales Director:

  • Selling UK, European and Worldwide school sports trips, including football, hockey, rugby and ski.
  • You will not be restricted to area in the schools you approach, but ideally you will be located in the Midlands or South East, but again they are open for the right candidate.
  • Contacts within the school sports industry, as well as the knowledge and ability to bring in new business.
  • Experience in running a team, as with time they would like you to build up a strong sales team.

Skill set of the Sales Director:

  • A strong background in the schools travel market.
  • An excellent black book of contacts.
  • Ability to grow and develop a successful sales team.
  • Able to work autonomously with guidance from the owners.
