Senior Amadeus Ticketer required for London Travel Company - full homeworking available for experienced Amadeus BSP ticketers!
We currently have an opportunity for a candidate with BSP ticketing experience to work in a small friendly environment in a busy ticketing department as part of a team.
Salary up to £30k depending on experience plus Bonus and staff concessions.
In this Senior BSP Ticketing consultant role you will:
- Issuing BSP tickets for a travel agency working from Amadeus
- Organising reissues and refunds
- Issuing schedule Airline tickets
- Providing resolution to ticketing issues
- Dealing with escalation queries with the airlines
As a Senior BSP Ticketing consultant you will have:
- Experience issuing BSP Airline Tickets either from a tour operator, travel agent or Business Travel background or a busy BSP ticketing background
- Excellent fares knowledge and a good understanding of IT, Published, cat35 fares
- Experience using the GDS Amadeus or alternatively highly skilled in Sabre or Galileo with the willingness to cross over to Amadeus
- A very good understanding of the Ticketing process with hands on experience in this field
Other information:
This role is Mon- Fri 9.30-5.30pm with alternate Saturdays until 3pm. Based in SW London OR Full homeworking available.
