Reservations and Group Agent required for a global airline based in their West London office. They are looking for a travel industry professional from a reservations background, ideally with airline experience and Sabre knowledge.
Office based role, Monday to Friday. Salary around £27,000 plus bonus and great benefits including a yearly free flight for you and a family member.
Duties:
- Group sales and reservations
- Preparation of route analysis data
- Taking reservation calls from direct and trade partners
- Processing invoices
- Daily and monthly airline sales reports
- Dealing with ticket reissues, upgrades, reroutes, lost tickets
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years in an airline reservations role
- Ideally Sabre trained, but they will cross train from a different GDS
- Knowledge of fares and ticketing
- Excellent telephone manner

- Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, office based in West London
