The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

Required for this World-wide Medical Emergency Assistance travel company. You will play an integral role in repatriating people back home when they have suffered an illness or accident whilst abroad. Paying a competitive salary DOE.

Repatriation Travel Consultant Duties:

  • Book travel and hotel accommodation for the Emergency Assistance clients
  • Support and understand our client’s assistance needs and offer the best professional advice to solve travel and transportation problems and timing
  • Manage enquiry through to booking, ensuring effective prioritisation
  • Implement operational procedures to ensure growth of client satisfaction

Repatriation Travel Consultant Skills Required:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience of working in the travel industry
  • Knowledge of Galileo is preferable
  • Attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
  • Problem-solving

Additional Info:

Paying a competitive salary for the right person. All training is to be carried out in the office with the potential to be a hybrid of office (Petersfield) and home working. 24-hour 365 days per year shift pattern. Incentives are run on a regular basis and their top sales consultants go to New York each year.

Shifts comprise of:

  • Early: 08:00-17:00
  • Mid: 10:00-19:00
  • Late: 13:00-22:00

Full-time average 40 hours per week.
