Our client is a specialist agency dedicated to medical repatriation and assisted travel. They are looking for a Business Travel Consultant to join their team in Essex working 4 days on and 4 days off between the hours of 8am and 8pm. There will be the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis following a probationary period. The role comes with a competitive salary dependent on experience. Business Travel Consultant responsibilities: Create and manage complex worldwide itineraries Book flights, accommodation and ground transport via GDS Coordinate specialist travel requirements and assistance services Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and partners Deliver outstanding customer service in time-sensitive situations Business Travel Consultant skills required: Minimum 3 years' Travel Consultant experience Strong GDS experience (Amadeus preferred but not essential) Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage complex travel logistics with confidence A proactive, customer-focused approach Additional information: Competitive salary Team commission scheme 4 on, 4 off shift pattern Healthcare benefits Pension scheme Travel discounts Free on-site parking
