Product Executive This award?winning specialist travel company is looking for a Product Executive to join their dedicated School Travel division. Working within a knowledgeable and passionate team of ex?teachers and travel specialists, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of tailor?made educational trips for schools, colleges and universities. Reporting into the Product Manager, you will support the ongoing development and maintenance of a diverse and inspiring product portfolio. Product Executive – Role & Responsibilities Support with product development, including research and proposals for product appealing to international schools. Lead the creation and maintenance of central product manuals. Coordinate the product team’s approach to responsible travel and environmental sustainability. Support managers with complex reservation system loading and assist colleagues with loading?related queries. Assist the Sales and Operations teams with product?related enquiries and issues. Contribute to the planning and delivery of internal product training. Conduct competitor analysis across destinations and product types. Maintain and develop strong communication channels with suppliers. Work closely with the Marketing team on market and customer research. Provide emergency phone cover on a rota basis (mandatory 2 to 3 times per year). Product Executive – Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a product?focused role within travel, ideally with exposure to educational or group travel. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. High level of flexibility and confidence working in a fast?paced environment with changing priorities. Strong attention to detail, accuracy and numeracy. Excellent written and spoken English. Confident user of Office365, particularly Excel for data analysis and manipulation. Ability to work proactively and autonomously, with strong communication skills and the confidence to share ideas and updates with managers. Product Executive – Additional Information Salary of £30k Hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office. Full?time role with some flexibility on start and finish times possible. 23 days’ holiday rising to 29 with length of service. One paid volunteering day per year. BUPA Health Cash Plan.
