Our client, a specialist tour operator based in Brighton, is seeking a Product Development Manager to join their team on a 1 year maternity cover contract. The role involves leading a small team to create new itineraries and refine existing products. The role is based in office Monday-Friday with a salary of up to £45,000 with the option to work 8 days per month from home after probation.

Product Development Manager duties:

  • Proven experience in travel product development, contracting, or supplier management
  • Strong communication and supplier relationship skills
  • Leading a small team to develop new itineraries and refine existing products
  • Working closely with the product, commercial and operations teams
  • Confidence in managing suppliers and launching new experiences
