A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Jet Charter Sales Manager to join an established Aircraft Charter company specializing in the UHNW market. Our client offers tailored services in private jets, VIP airliners, and helicopters.

This exciting new position is part of a newly formed UK Sales team, offering significant career progression opportunities, including the potential to move into a Head of Sales role for top-performing candidates.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential UHNW clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and delivering bespoke solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on aircraft types, routing, and logistics.
  • Proactively grow your client portfolio by reaching out to prospective UHNW clients through outbound sales calls.
  • Ensure exceptional client service by being available 24/7 to address inquiries and accommodate last-minute changes or requests, consistently exceeding expectations.

Proven experience working with UHNW clients.

A background in private jet charter brokering or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of the private aviation industry, including aircraft types, regulations, and logistics.

Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.

Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive, results-driven attitude with a strong sales focus.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 base salary, plus excellent commission at 12.5% on bookings.
  • Position: Fully remote, with monthly travel to the office in London.

Please Note: This role requires direct experience in the private jet/aviation industry and a strong track record of working with UHNWI.
