Required for this concierge company looking to grow its travel offering by recruiting its 2nd dedicated travel specialist. This is an exciting time to join an amazing company. A luxury travel or travel concierge background is a must, homebased is fine, salary between 30/35k plus benefits and equity, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
Luxury travel consultants duties:
- Selling luxury worldwide travel, tailormades, cruise holidays, beach holidays, villas, flight only etc.
- Speaking to the member directly providing amazing advice on where to travel to at different times of the job through your fantastic travel knowledge.
- Booking flights directly with the airlines and a consolidator.
- Ensure systems and processes are followed.
- Support sales and marketing activities.
- Cultivate relationships with global travel agencies, hotels, DMCs and airlines.
Luxury travel consultants skills required:
- Strong background in luxury premium travel or a concierge travel specialist.
- Experience of managing a portfolio of high-end customers.
- GDS knowledge would be great.
- Able to come into the office 1 day a week ideally in Berkshire, but this is not essential for the right candidate.
Additional information:
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
- 20 days holidays plus bank holidays and birthday off.
- Option to gain equity in the business.
