Passenger Service Agent: This is a great role working for a well established, expanding airline based at Heathrow airport. Looking for an extremely customer service focused candidate to look after the checking in of passengers. Salary up to £33k plus benefits. Passenger Service Agent Responsibilities: – Meet and greet passengers including VIP's – Check-in passengers and make sure security compliance is adhered to – Book and amend itineraries – Flight preparation and seat planning – Lost and found enquiries inc baggage services Passenger Service Agent Skills Required: – Excellent customer service skills – Computer literate and able to learn new systems – Strong attention to detail – Ability to work within a time pressured environment – Able to speak Japanese would be advantageous but not essential
