Operations Manager – Required for this global travel company, looking after a 13 person sales support team who look after both corporate and leisure clients. They are looking for an experience team leader or manager who is working for a TMC but has also worked in leisure travel. Galileo or Amadeus is a must, hybrid with 3 days in the office in central London, up to 45k plus great benefits. Operations Managers Duties -You will be managing the day to day duties of a team of 13 support desk staff, ensuring that it runs smoothly and addresses issues promptly -The team use all 3 GDS and deal with both corporate and leisure queries, task such as Airfares and ticketing question, refunds, training, ADM disputes, NDC queries plus many more duties -Monitor service levels and SLAs -Handle client and supplier complaints -Provide feedback on training needs -Authorise absence, help with recruitment, track sickness etc Operations Managers Skills Required -Minimum of 4 years management experience ideally within a TMC but with some leisure experience beforehand -Multi GDS, in order Galileo, Amadeus and then sabre -Proactive and positive -Strong knowledge of travel products including rail, hotel programmes and car hire -OBT knowledge, mainly Concur -Able to come into an central London office 3 days per week Additional information -Great salary and benefits, include pension, 25 days leave, up to a 5% bonus, BUPA, Dental, life assurance, perkbox If you are interested in the above role please apply online of send your cv to (url removed)
