Travel consultant in Northwood

Travel consultants  - Required to work for this niche tour operator that specialise in travel to Nordic destinations. They are looking for 4 consultants to be office based in North West London. They are ideally looking for travel industry experience, but they will look at a sales person from another industry. Salary around £26,000, plus around 4k comm, uncapped, and great benefits including a pension, health care, cycle to work scheme. Travel consultants duties -Taking calls, emails and whatspp messages from clients  enquiring about their once in a lifetime trips to the Nordics, based around Lapland .Going through each clients requirements, sending out proposals, making amendments and then taking payments.  -Helping with the administration around each booking you make -Working to monthly set achievable targets Travel consultants skills required -The ideal candidate will have come from a travel industry sales background, but they are open to sales or operations experience out of travel -Must be able to work in the office in North West London  -Clear and professional telephone manner -Target driven -A passion for selling lapland or travel  Additional information -Great benefits including an education to Lapland, excellent comm, lovely office environment, health care, pension etc -Busy period are Nov to Jan, hours below Feb to Oct 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 1 weekend a month with one day paid and the other a day in lieu -Nov to Jan the office is open 8am to 7pm, you will work a shift in-between those hours, Dec you work a 6 day week with the extra day given to take as holiday in the next year. Nov and Jan 2 weekends days per month, days given in lieu. So when it come to the rest of the year you will have build up around 32 day plus bank holidays including holidays and days in Lieu.
