We're looking for a highly experienced Corporate Travel Team Leader with a strong background managing Pharmaceutical or Healthcare client accounts. Due to the strict governance, compliance and specialist processes within Pharma travel, previous experience supporting this sector is essential.
A well-established Travel Management Company is launching a new specialist Pharma team, and this is your opportunity to lead it from the front. This position is designed for someone who prefers to be hands off around 75% of the time, focusing on team leadership, operational oversight, client management and service delivery rather than day‐to‐day booking.
You'll manage a globally dispersed team, providing regular coaching, performance management, problem solving and process alignment. You'll ensure the team follows strict Pharma travel policies, service levels and compliance expectations while consistently delivering a high standard of customer care. Please note: due to the nature of managing a global team, you'll need to be comfortable with some flexibility around working hours, including attending occasional meetings outside of standard UK business hours.
While the role is primarily leadership focused, you will still support the team with complex Pharma itineraries when required. This opportunity is ideal for a senior Team Leader or Operations Lead from a TMC background who thrives in a compliance-driven environment, enjoys developing people and has direct experience supporting Pharmaceutical or Healthcare travel programmes.
The role is fully remote and offers a salary of £50,000–£53,000 depending on experience, along with excellent benefits including 25 days holiday plus your birthday off, private medical insurance and additional company perks.
To apply, please apply online, email your CV, or call Kelly on 0161 238 4490 quoting reference KR60548.
