MICE Senior Project Manager- DMC Meetings, incentives, conferences and events (MICE) specialist required to work as a Project manager for an inbound destination management company for the Scotland area. This is a unique position for someone based in Scotland that’s happy to commute to the Edinburgh area 2-3 times a week, with MICE experience to work for a lovely DMC company. As a Project manager, in MICE you will: Create and design bespoke programmes for corporate groups from France and Benelux whether its for events, conferences, incentive trips/ tours. Build relationships with French and Belgium based events companies plus local suppliers Project manage event/ tour / conference for guests from around 4 to 50 providing a high class Scottish experience for your business client from creation to delivery. Create winning attractive PowerPoint presentations for your client Use excel to provide detailed budgets Lead site inspections and groups in Scotland. As a MICE Project manager, you will require: Excellent English (speaking, reading and written) (in addition to Dutch, French or German would be advantageous, although not essential) Experience in marketing a product, tour, event, conference and project managing it Ability to deal with suppliers, clients and build the itineraries simultaneously, sometimes working under pressure to time restrictions Attention to detail A bubbly ‘can do’ attitude, with the ability to build creative impressive experiences for your clients.
