Marketing Director (6-month contract) 70k/100k pro rate A fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join this ambitious, independent, tailor-made tour operator. As part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible creating a multi-channel marketing strategy targeting both trade and consumers.
Marketing Director Responsibilities
- Working closely with the business on new product strategy and launch
- Lead on all aspects of the marketing mix including digital, customer acquisition, CRM, social, content and brand positioning with the support of cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the wider business strategy
- Marketing budget management
- Seek out b2b partnerships
- Manage a team of 6, making sure the team hit KPIs
Marketing Director Skills Required
- A successful track record working in luxury travel
- Ability to create and delivery a multi-channel marketing strategy for new products
- Experience working in either a high growth or start up business environment that has scaled up
- Commercially astute
