Location: Homeworking (UK – occasional team meetings travel 8x per year)

Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5.30pm

Salary: £26,000–£30,000 + incentives

We’re looking for an experienced Travel Consultant with a passion for Latin America to join a specialist tour operator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home, selling to travel agents and building your expertise in Central and South America.

Role Overview

  • Build and price travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, tours, and ground arrangements
  • Prepare accurate, appealing quotations for travel agents
  • Provide expert destination advice to your clients and maintain strong agent relationships
  • Administer bookings with attention to detail and liaise with suppliers
  • Drive repeat business through excellent customer service and specialist knowledge

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or travel reservations environment
  • Specialist knowledge of Latin America (Central & South America)
  • Friendly, personable and customer-focused
  • Sales experience within travel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
