We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading name in high-end travel, currently seeking a skilled Luxury Travel Concierge to oversee client arrangements after a booking has been confirmed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, understands the needs of HNW clients, and takes pride in delivering seamless, highly personalised travel experiences. Basic salary of £28k plus bonus (average of £7k to £10k per annum), hybrid working.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Planning and booking exceptional travel extras for clients, from private chefs to helicopter tours.
- Creating detailed itineraries filled with a variety of experiences tailored to the client’s tastes.
- Building personalised apps with all key trip details, from check-in times to concierge services.
- Liaising with local suppliers and luxury experience providers to assist in organising required extras.
- Communicating with villa owners and property managers to organise arrivals and special requests.
- Researching and recommending local gems—restaurants, cultural sites, events and more.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent organisation and precision—you’re the kind of person who lives by your to-do list.
- Background in luxury travel planning and/or villa rentals (strongly preferred) for HNW clients.
- A calm, confident approach to client communication and multitasking.
- A genuine passion for travel with solid first-hand destination knowledge.
- Confidence liaising with international suppliers and clients.
- Familiarity with itinerary or travel platforms/apps is a plus, but not essential.
Additional Information:
- Basic salary of £28,000 per annum plus annual bonus tied to company performance and number of bookings managed circa £7k–£10k.
- 25 days’ annual leave, increasing by 1 day for each year of service.
- Hybrid model with 2 days working from home (and potential for a 3rd).
- Option to work abroad or remotely for up to 45 days annually post-probation.
