This leading inbound travel company are looking for a FIT Supervisor to join their dedicated team. The FIT Reservations Supervisor plays a vital leadership role within the FIT Reservations team. You’ll support daily operations, drive high standards in service delivery, and mentor team members—all while leading by example in handling quotations and complex bookings.

• FIT Supervisor Role and Responsibilities
• Handle complex FIT bookings
• Manage daily operations and allocation of bookings and enquiries
• Support with complaint resolution
• Manage key overseas partnerships
• Coordinate emergency phone scheduling and staff briefings
• FIT Supervisor Skills and Experience required
• Proven experience in FIT or travel operations
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
• Proficiency with Tourplan an advantage
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Good commercial acumen
• Hybrid working after six months
• Monday to Friday
• Supportive leadership and ongoing training
