A leading adventure travel company is expanding and looking for a sales consultant / travel consultant whoβs passionate about cycling and thrives in a consultative sales environment. This is a chance to sell an exciting product, work with warm leads, and be part of a high-energy, ambitious team.
As a sales consultant you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries and scheduled callbacks
- Build rapport using consultative sales techniques, building long term relationships
- Advise on destinations, accommodation, rides, excursions and bike options
- Create tailored cycling holiday experiences and close sales
- Liaise with hotels, suppliers and partners to optimise customer experience
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
As a sales consultant you will have:
- A genuine interest in cycling and/or cycling holidays (essential)
- Previous sales experience
- Passion for travel and adventure products
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- A target-driven mindset and resilience under pressure
- Attention to detail and reliability
Sales consultant extra info:
- Β£30,000 basic salary with uncapped commission
- First-year OTE: mid to high Β£30,000s, second-year OTE: mid to high Β£40,000s
- Monthly, quarterly and bi-annual bonus schemes
- Monday to Friday office based 9-5.30pm central London
- 1 in 6 Saturdays (10:00β16:00) during peak periods (paid overtime)
- 1 in 6 weeks covering US/Canada enquiries (10:30β19:00)
