As part of this expansion, they are seeking a senior‐level professional to lead client acquisition and business development while curating exceptional travel experiences for UHNW individuals. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of luxury travel in a world‐class environment, with a basic salary of £70k+ depending on experience, plus a lucrative monthly bonus structure.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic lead for ultra-luxury travel consulting, overseeing high‐value client relationships and bespoke itinerary design.
- Drive business growth by identifying, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to engage elite travel audiences.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with leadership on revenue goals, client segmentation, and service innovation.
- Maintain deep knowledge of global luxury travel trends, destinations, and partnerships to deliver cutting‐edge experiences.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development and service excellence.
Skills & Experience Required:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in ultra‐luxury travel, with a focus on high‐touch service.
- Proven success in developing new business pipelines and converting UHNW leads into loyal clients.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, pricing strategy, and revenue optimisation.
- Expertise in luxury marketing, including campaign design and implementation.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship‐building skills across both client and supplier networks.
- Deep familiarity with elite destinations, luxury hotel brands, and exclusive affiliations.
- Highly proactive, organised, and capable of leading cross‐functional initiatives.
- Comfortable working independently and influencing at senior levels.
