Operations Executive required by an award-winning, Latin America Specialist tailormade tour operator. You will be the rock of support behind the travel sales team ensuring that their travel itineraries are constructed meticulously and the clients have the very best experiences.

Responsibilities of an Operations Executive:

  • Review reservations alongside billing records to ensure alignment with planned journeys.
  • Collaborate with sales advisors to address and fix any discrepancies in confirmed arrangements.
  • Issue flight tickets and manage any alterations made by airlines to schedules.
  • Address travel-related enquiries from both customers and agents through email correspondence.
  • Coordinate with ground suppliers and DMC’s to confirm that all trip details are accurate and fully arranged.
  • Compile and distribute travel paperwork during booking stages and ahead of departure.
  • Support the upkeep of precise product information and pricing within reservation systems.
  • Stay informed about internal tools and platforms to effectively assist both colleagues in sales and clients.
  • Undertake a range of office duties as required to aid overall team operations.
  • Ensure a consistently high level of accuracy and thoroughness across all responsibilities.

Experience required by an Operations Executive:
