They are looking for an experienced team leader, who is hands-on to lead a small team. Salary up to 50k plus benefits, hybrid with an office in central London.
Business Travel Team Leader duties:
- Leading and supporting a team of travel specialists.
- Managing your own portfolio of artists and touring clients, delivering seamless, time-critical travel.
- Coaching and developing team members to strengthen skills and confidence.
- Overseeing high-pressure itinerary changes, reissues and VIP requests.
- Acting as the point of escalation and helping drive consistent team performance.
- Improving workflow efficiency across the team.
Business Travel Team Leader skills required:
- Team leader experience for a TMC, ideally within entertainment, but they would consider a VIP background.
- At least one year of team leadership or mentoring.
- Excellent GDS capability (Galileo experience is highly valued), including reissues and complex itineraries.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Business Travel Team Leader additional information:
- Hybrid London role with core hours of 10am-6pm.
- Occasional out-of-hours support and participation in an on-call rota.
