A great opportunity has arisen to join a well-known luxury tour operator based in London. They are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage existing and new accounts across the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia. The role can be hybrid or remote with one day per month in the office and comes with a basic salary of 36,000 to 38,000.

Key Account Manager duties:

  • Build strong relationships to develop and grow key agency accounts
  • Drive commercial activity by way of visits, calls, educationals, co-marketing
  • Identify new areas of business and opportunities to increase sales
  • Maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce and internal systems
  • Negotiate contracts & commission structures with the Head of Sales
  • UK and overseas trips to visit customers and resorts

Key Account Manager skills required:

  • Relevant experience within the travel industry
  • Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Confident communicator with a results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Salesforce would be an advantage
  • Ability to travel both within the UK and overseas
  • Knowledge of UK, Ireland and Scandinavian markets
