Internal Communications and Engagement Manager (Kingston), Part Time (3 days PW), 6 Month FTC. This multi-brand, award winning travel company based in the Kingston area are seeking an experienced Internal Communications specialist to work alongside the HR Director in a standalone, business partnering capacity in developing and delivering their colleague communications.
Internal Communications and Engagement Manager Responsibilities
- Develop existing communications framework and employer value proposition
- Create and deliver the employee communications calendar
- Create content to deliver through multiple channels including intranet, email newsletters and 2 way communications channels.
- Business partner and support senior management and directors from multiple brands and shared services.
- Support with the delivery of internal events, wellbeing nd engagement activities.
- Seek and implement continual improvement to the internal communication and engagement activities.
Internal Communications and Engagement Manager
- Prior experience working in Internal Communications and Engagement
- A track record of creating and delivering communication strategies, calendars and plans.
- Experience in the communication of employer value propositions, DEI programmes, employee engagement and change management.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong business partnering and relationship management skills.
Internal Communications and Engagement Manager Additional Details
- Competitive salary to be discussed on application and dependant on experience
- Initial contract for 6 months working on a part time basis, 3 days per week. These would ideally be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday based in Kingston but some level of flexibility/negotiation can be had here around the days and some element of hybrid working too.
