Role and Responsibilities
- Create bespoke ski holidays tailored to each customer’s preferences
- Provide expert advice on resorts, accommodation and travel options
- Manage enquiries via phone, email and online channels, converting leads into confirmed bookings
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, resort developments and industry trends
Skills and Experience Required
- A genuine passion for skiing and the mountains
- Previous experience in travel sales, ski travel or a customer facing role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure during peak booking periods
- Opportunities for ski fam trips and resort visits
Salary £26,500 - £30,000 depending on experience
