We’re looking for an experienced travel professional who understands the pace, precision and service standards of private aviation. This Client Services Manager role is fully work-from-home, UK-based, and ideal for someone with proven exposure to aviation or private jet operations, who thrives managing complex charter activity and delivering a high-touch service to HNW and UHNW clients.
The Role
- Managing private jet charter bookings from confirmation through to invoicing
- Producing accurate, bespoke quotes and proposals for HNW/UHNW clients
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, operators and global partners
- Liaising with operators, brokers and handling agents to secure aircraft and services
- Supporting flight operations with schedule changes, re-quotes and problem solving
- Maintaining accurate data across CRM systems
- Ensuring compliance, accuracy and exceptional service levels
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in the travel industry, from within aviation or private jet charter
- Exposure to private aviation, flight support, fixed based operator (FBO) or charter operations is essential
- Experience working with HNW or UHNW clients is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of aviation terminology, scheduling, and operational requirements
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Calm, organised, and decisive in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail with commercial awareness
- Proficient in MS Office; Fluent English essential; additional languages a plus
