Head of Sales – Travel Industry – Cheshire office based/Hybrid

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving performance and motivating high-achieving teams? Our client is looking for a Head of Sales to join their growing travel business- a hands-on, fast-paced and rewarding role that offers the chance to make a real impact.

As part of the Sales Leadership Team, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director and fellow Heads of Sales to inspire your teams, maximise conversions, and ensure a seamless, high-performing sales operation across multiple channels and brands.

Head of Sales key responsibilities:

  • Lead, support and manage a team of Sales Managers, ensuring they have the tools and motivation to succeed.
  • Monitor live calls daily and provide constructive feedback to drive performance improvement.
  • Analyse sales trends and conversion rates to identify opportunities and proactively address challenges.
  • Maintain high compliance and process standards across all sales teams.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to align sales activity with business objectives.
  • Deliver regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and growth opportunities.
  • Support coaching, training and development to help every team member reach their potential.
  • Take part in management and trade meetings, representing the Sales Department with confidence and professionalism.
