Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving performance and motivating high-achieving teams? Our client is looking for a Head of Sales to join their growing travel business- a hands-on, fast-paced and rewarding role that offers the chance to make a real impact.
As part of the Sales Leadership Team, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director and fellow Heads of Sales to inspire your teams, maximise conversions, and ensure a seamless, high-performing sales operation across multiple channels and brands.
Head of Sales key responsibilities:
- Lead, support and manage a team of Sales Managers, ensuring they have the tools and motivation to succeed.
- Monitor live calls daily and provide constructive feedback to drive performance improvement.
- Analyse sales trends and conversion rates to identify opportunities and proactively address challenges.
