This leading UK travel group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to develop and deliver a unique, engaging, and commercially successful portfolio across its UK and European touring portfolio. This role is central to shaping product strategy, driving passenger growth, and ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality itineraries that appeal across multiple brands. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will take full ownership of your product range from concept through to delivery.

Role and Responsibilities:- Create a diverse product range from initial concept through to launch and delivery.
- Pinpoint emerging trends and unmet demand, generating new product ideas that accelerate passenger growth and strengthen market position.
- Create and manage product plans, ensuring sufficient stock and capacity to achieve budgeted passenger volumes.
- Ensure all products are contracted and ready in line with launch schedules.
- Negotiate and contract hotels and itineraries at competitive rates, securing added value where possible to maintain strong price positioning.
- Work with copywriters to agree final tour copy for online and brochure publication.
- Own the product life cycle end to end, collaborating with colleagues to ensure accuracy, quality, and seamless delivery.
- Attend trade events and actively network to promote the brands and source new product opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure the right space at the right price.
- Proven experience as a Product or Contract Manager within the travel industry, ideally with UK and European contracting experience.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and drive product performance.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and appealing itineraries.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, solutions focused, and comfortable challenging assumptions to drive improvement.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ownership of end to end delivery.
