Join a specialist travel company renowned for creating unforgettable journeys across Africa. With a passionate team of experts and a reputation for exceptional service, we are now seeking an experienced Africa Travel Specialist to join us on a fully home-based basis in the South of England.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a travel professional with first-hand Africa experience and a proven sales background to turn their passion into a rewarding career.
What’s on offer:
- Competitive basic salary of £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
- Performance-related bonus
- Regular familiarisation (FAM) trips to incredible destinations
- Discounted personal travel
- Fully remote role with all equipment provided
- Monday to Friday hours (9:00am – 5:30pm) with some flexibility
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email, delivering expert, personalised advice
- Design tailor-made and pre-packaged itineraries to suit individual client needs
- Prepare quotes and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Provide outstanding after-sales service, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience selling African safaris and beach holidays
- First-hand travel experience in Africa
- Strong sales ability with a customer-first approach
- Passion for travel and delivering exceptional service
- GDS experience is advantageous (full training provided)
