We’re working with a Global TMC that delivers high-end, personalised travel management for VIPs, execs, and Group travel. They’re now on the lookout for a Galileo Expert, someone who lives and breathes GDS, knows ticketing inside out, and enjoys solving complex travel puzzles to assist the Business Travel consultants and corporate travel consultants.

If you’re the person colleagues turn to when something goes wrong with a booking or a reissue, or a GDS tech error this role is made for you.

As a Galileo GDS expert you will:

  • Support Business travel and corporate travel consultants and operational teams with all things ticketing or after the initial booking has been made
  • Handling reissues, exchanges, and fare recalculations quickly and accurately
  • Processing NDC bookings, ensuring smooth ticketing and invoicing
  • Managing refunds and resolving any BSP or ADM queries
  • Troubleshooting complex GDS and fare issues across multiple scenarios
  • Working with global teams to improve workflows and find smarter, faster solutions
  • Maintaining compliance with PCI and company policies

As a Galileo GDS Expert you will have:

  • Strong experience in a corporate travel or Business travel operations or ticketing support role (TMC background ideal)
  • Advanced Travelport Galileo skills
  • Deep understanding of fare rules, ticketing processes, refunds, and reissues
  • Knowledge of nett fares, mark-ups, and GDS scripting functions
  • A proactive, detail-focused mindset and a love for solving problems under pressure
