Our client is an award winning tour and cruise operator and they are seeking a Flights Consultant to support direct clients and travel agent partners.The role is hybrid in their London office and comes with a salary of £27,000. Flights Consultant responsibilities: Review and maintain flight bookings. Manage airline schedule changes and amendments. Respond to customer service and sales enquiries. Support teams during travel disruptions and crisis situations. Use Excel and other Microsoft applications to manage bookings and data. Deliver outstanding service to customers booking premium travel experiences. Flights Consultant skills required: Minimum 1 year's travel industry experience. Strong airline and flight booking knowledge. Excellent customer service and communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additional information: Hybrid working (minimum 2 office days per week). 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
