Flights Co-ordinator

Flights Co-ordinator required by a popular adventure travel company. Within this role you will take responsibility for the flight itineraries of their varied worldwide group tours. Competitive Salary. Hybrid working at their beautiful offices in Hertfordshire.

Flights Co-ordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage Flight Itineraries, including ticketing, date changes, reissues, refunds
• Book additional requests such as seats, domestic flights and ground transfers, upgrades
• Liaison with Suppliers and Clients
• Provision of manifests for suppliers
• Production of travel documentation
• Utilise routing knowledge to collaborate in trip creation

Flights Co-ordinator Skills and Experience:

• GDS competency (Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo)
• Strong understanding of air fares and ticketing
• Good numeracy
• Excellent communications skills
