Our client is an award winning specialist tour operator based in North London. They are seeking a Flights and Ticketing Specialist to join their team. The role is fully remote and 5 days a week and comes with a salary of up to £35,000 dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle post booking tasks — amendments, cancellations, schedule changes, customer requests
  • Process flight changes, refunds, reissues and repricing
  • Manage ticketing accuracy across PNRs, fare rules and documentation
  • Work with airlines, consolidators, Aviate and direct connect platforms
  • Support BSP processes including ADM awareness

Skills required:

  • Tour operator / airline background
  • Strong post booking experience
  • Advanced Galileo GDS skills — PNR servicing, ticketing, refunds, reissues
  • Aviate and BA NDC experience
  • Airfare & ticketing knowledge including fare rule interpretation
  • High accuracy, organisation and workload management
  • Excellent communication and customer service

Additional information:

  • Salary up to £35,000 dependent on experience
  • Fully remote
  • Monday-Friday (2 Saturdays per month on rotation with a day off in the week)
  • 22 days holiday
  • Pension
