We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Team Leader to lead this new team working with Pharmaceutical accounts, using Native Sabre from a TMC background to work within a well-established UK travel management team. Remote based, paying £50-53K.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a globally dispersed team with daily line and performance management.
- Ensure all team members consistently follow processes and standards operating procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for both client and internal escalations.
- Conduct regular team and individual one to one meetings.
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for Healthcare professionals in line with industry regulations.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership skills who can influence, mentor and guide a team.
- Previous background within a TMC as a Team Leader or Supervisor, with working experience specifically on Pharma Accounts required.
- Native Sabre experience, with an understanding of re-issues, exchanges and changes.
- Strong understanding of corporate and Pharma travel policy and compliance.
- Detail-driven, organised and process-focused.
- A collaborative team player with a strong client service mindset.
Additional Information:
- £50,000–£53,000 salary (DOE).
