A newly created opportunity to join this global business that offers unique city tours, access to attractions and experiences across major cities.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for how the tours are presented (media assets, narrative and content), and how they perform commercially through their Online Travel Agency (OTA's) distribution partners. This is a hands-on and analytical role focused on ranking, conversion and revenue impact at a product level.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure products outperform similar listings of competitors by optimising content, pricing presentation, options and overall shelf performance.
- OTA merchandising and listing optimisation.
- Continuously analyse and benchmark against competitors, identifying opportunities for commercial advantage.
- Monitor performance metrics such as ranking, conversion rates, cancellation rates and impact of availability and use this data to define actions to improve underperforming listings.
- Lead on the launch of new products via the OTA channels.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as sales, product and revenue management as well as external distribution partners.
Skills Required:
- Extensive experience in distribution performance, marketplace merchandising or OTA supply.
- Experience working for an Online Travel Agency (OTA) or attractions/city tour operator strongly preferred.
- Track record of increasing revenues through listing optimisation, and improvements to rankings and conversions.
- Comfortable working with data, performance metrics and dashboards.
- Commercial and analytical mindset.
- An understanding of how pricing reviews, availability and OTA algorithms can impact performance.
- Excellent communication skills.
Additional Details:
- A basic salary in the region of £48,000 - £60,000 depending on experience and location across Europe.
- Bonus up to 10%
