Are you a highly organised, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, experience-led environment from the Travel industry? We’re hiring an Operations Executive to oversee the operations for guests booking luxury, high-net-worth adventure travel experiences around the world.
If you excel at delivering exceptional service, coordinating complex travel elements, and being the calm, proactive point of contact, this type of client relies on, this role will suit you perfectly.
What You’ll do as an Operations Executive:
- Manage the customer lifecycle: booking, pre-trip preparation, on-trip communication and post-trip follow-up
- Handle all email/CRM case management with fast, SLA-driven responses
- Collect and validate essential pre-trip information including documents, logistics, dietary needs, arrivals and accommodation
- Coordinate special requests, bespoke arrangements and customised add-ons
- Provide proactive trip check-ins and support throughout each journey
- Resolve customer issues end-to-end and escalate when required
- Manage post-trip feedback, communications, photo sharing and loyalty follow-ups
- Collaborate with premium suppliers such as hotels, transfer partners and activity providers
- Support revenue tasks such as invoice updates and reconciliations
- Maintain high-quality data across CRM systems, shared inboxes and tour schedules
What You’ll Bring as an Operations Executive:
- 3–5 years’ experience in an Operations type role from within a Travel tour operator or Business Travel or corporate travel or a premium Travel service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple trips at once
- Calm, solutions-driven approach under pressure
- Experience within travel, or luxury service is desirable
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, shared inboxes and spreadsheets
