This bespoke Online Charter Yachting travel company has been running for over 20 years and is currently recruiting for a Charter Co-Ordinator to work with High Net Worth Individuals and to grow and develop within the company. The office is based in Central London.
Responsibilities
- Proactively support the Charter Director and engage with new and existing High Net Worth clients to sell and deliver weekly charters, exceeding annual sales revenue targets and growing referrals from existing clients.
- Assist in delivering the charters, such as organising the client preference sheet, booking hotels and transfers, and coordinating this information with the captains.
- Put together proposals of available yachts - liaise with yacht managers, gather general information, availability, and pricing.
- Follow up diligently and regularly with clients and keep track of the sales team's communications.
Skills Required
- Strong previous experience either within Operations, PA or EA, Luxury Travel Consultant.
- Excellent writing ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to multitask, as the role involves handling a very busy inbox and long to-do list.
- Experience of dealing with High Net Worth Individuals is an advantage.
Additional Information
- Paying circa £40K.
- Opportunity to be trained and move into sales.
- Commission earning after 6 months OTE £20K in the first year.
- Office based with their offices in Central London.
- Working Mon - Fri 09.00 - 18.00.
