Are you an experienced Operations Manager in Business Travel looking for your next challenge? Or a strong Team Leader/Supervisor that’s already mostly hands off ready to take the next step in your career? This global TMC is seeking a driven and capable Business Travel Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team servicing a prestigious, high-profile client.
As a Business Travel Operations Manager, you will:
Oversee operations for one key global client, working closely with the Account Manager to ensure service excellence
Lead, coach, and support a team of 6 experienced Business Travel Consultants who will be booking complex global itineraries using Sabre
Manage all aspects of team performance: 1-2-1s, performance reviews, rotas, sickness and holiday cover
Handle any escalated customer service issues with a hands-on, solution-focused approach
Collaborate across departments to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in Business Travel Operations Management within a TMC environment
Alternatively, a skilled Supervisor or Team Manager who’s almost hands off, ready for progression
Sabre GDS experience is highly desirable
Strong people leadership skills with a proactive and supportive management style
Confident in managing high-touch, demanding clients with professionalism and poise
