Required for this independent travel management company to oversee the corporate travel team. This is a Monday to Friday role and will be fully office-based in Hampshire with a competitive salary dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the daily running of the Corporate Travel office whilst leading a team of consultants.
- Monitor service delivery, turnaround times and SLA performance.
- Handle and resolve operational issues and client concerns.
- Oversee onboarding and implementation of new corporate clients.
- Work closely with Sales, Account Management and IT.
- Drive improvements in efficiency, processes and team performance.
Skills required:
- Strong Corporate Travel background.
- Team management or supervisory experience.
- Confident handling escalations.
- Fast-paced, high-service mindset.
- Solid operational understanding of systems & workflows.
- Experience of onboarding clients an advantage.
