Required for this expanding company who support a number of TMCs in the UK. They are looking for a SBTC with some knowledge of online booking tools, an implementation support agent or a helpdesk agent both with a TMC background. Homebased, up to £37,500, plus 5% bonus, 23 days holidays.
Duties:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of online booking tools, Atriis and Cytric.
- Support the business with first and second line queries once live and deliver a very high level of customer service.
- Provide virtual and onsite training sessions.
- Evaluate training needs.
- Suggest solutions to the TMC where needed regarding client need of an online booking tool.
Skills required:
- Ideally a proven record of implementing and supporting online booking tools.
- They will consider a senior business travel consultant who is used to high volume and experience supporting online booking tools.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confidence in delivering presentations and training.
- Ideally knowledge of either Atriis or Cytric.
- An excellent problem solver.
Additional information:
- Monday to Friday role 9am to 5.30pm - Homebased only.
