Business Travel Consultant – Out of Hours required for this Global TMC. Seeking an experienced Travel professional from a corporate Travel management company or business travel background with GDS skills in either Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus. This is a homebased role working a rotating OOH shift pattern to include evenings and weekends, salary DOE but around £35/37k mark.

Business Travel Consultants, Duties
· Dealing with a Out of hours calls, booking complex worldwide travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car hire, rail as a BTC using Sabre
· Changing and amending trips, issuing and reissuing tickets, and problem solving
Business Travel Consultants – Skills Required
· Business Travel experience is essential as you will be dealing with out of hours and sometimes emergency enquiries.
· Strong knowledge of a GDS Sabre preferred but Galileo or Amadeus will be considered for an experienced BTC
· Ticketing and reissuing experience
· Exceptional service
Additional Info –
· Shifts are a 12 week rotating combination of the following:
Splits shift: 06.00 and 18.00 starts for 3.5 or 4.5 hours
Late shift: 17.00 starts for 7 hours
Weekends: 07.00, 08.00 or 12.00, 13.00 starts for 10 hours
· No Through nights!
· Weekends & Bank holidays – 2 full weekends off every 12 weeks with an additional 4 single weekend days . Bank holidays as per your working rota
· 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
· Ability to buy and sell holidays up to 5 extra days
