Business travel support agent – Required for this global travel organisation. You will be working on a hybrid basis with 3 days in a London office, salary up to 40k. Experience wise, they are looking for 5 years travel industry experience, knowledge of amadeus and galileo, strong fares and ticketing experience, ideally a mix of corporate and leisure.

Business travel support agents duties

-Supporting the companies independent consultants who look after both corporate and leisure clients

-Actioning requests sent over to the helpdesk, such as issuing/reissuing and refunding complex airline tickets, help advisors with systems such as concur,Dophone etc, help with ADMS, GDS issues, both amadeus and galileo

-Assist new advisors with setup and run training sessions

-Manage the UK hotel inbox

-Support advisors with NDC requests

-Quality checking advisors bookings

Business travel support agents skills required

-Minimum 5 years business/leisure travel experience

-Excellent Amadeus and galileo knowledge

-Strong fares and ticketing knowledge

-Good British rail and European train knowledge

-Good knowledge of Concur

Additional information

-Monday to Friday role, 3 days in a central London office
